Other missions

Hurricane Noel

In the aftermath of Hurricane Noel in the Dominican Republic in 2007, the International Humanitarian Partnership (IHP) deployed Sweden's ICT support module to assist the UNDAC team. This deployment ensured reliable communication and coordination, enabling a swift and effective humanitarian response.

Benin Floods

During the 2009 Benin floods, IHP supported UNDAC by deploying ICT modules and technical specialists to enhance coordination in flood-affected areas. The team provided essential telecommunications, internet access, and operational support, enabling rapid needs assessments and effective relief efforts.

Azraq Refugee Camp

In response to the Syrian refugee crisis, IHP supported UNHCR in Azraq Refugee Camp by constructing 80 office spaces. These facilities enhanced coordination and aid delivery, ensuring better services for thousands of refugees in Jordan’s desert-based camp.
