Other missions

Burkina Faso Floods

In response to the 2009 Burkina Faso floods, IHP supported UNDAC by deploying ICT modules and experts to establish reliable communication networks. This support enabled coordinated relief operations and efficient needs assessments, ensuring timely assistance to flood-affected communities. The mission underscored IHP’s role in enhancing disaster response infrastructure.

Cox’s Bazar Hubs

In response to the 2017 Rohingya refugee crisis in Bangladesh, the International Humanitarian Partnership (IHP) established critical coordination hubs to support humanitarian operations for the hundreds of thousands of Rohingya refugees who fled violence in Myanmar.

Georgetown Floods

In February 2005, during the Georgetown floods in Guyana, the International Humanitarian Partnership (IHP) provided critical ICT support to the United Nations Disaster Assessment and Coordination (UNDAC) team. IHP deployed communication equipment and technical expertise to establish reliable information systems, ensuring seamless coordination among humanitarian agencies.
