Other missions

Georgetown Floods

In February 2005, during the Georgetown floods in Guyana, the International Humanitarian Partnership (IHP) provided critical ICT support to the United Nations Disaster Assessment and Coordination (UNDAC) team. IHP deployed communication equipment and technical expertise to establish reliable information systems, ensuring seamless coordination among humanitarian agencies.

Gorkha Earthquake

A large scale 7.8 magnitude earthquake struck northwest of Nepal's capital Kathmandu on 25 Apr 2015, killing thousands of people, destroying buildings and infrastructure. IHP was requested by the UN Office for Coordination of Humanitarian Affairs (UNOCHA) to deploy staff and assets to support the critical relief efforts.

Haiti Earthquake

In the aftermath of the 2010 Haiti earthquake, IHP supported the UNDAC operation in the country and set up a base camp for over 300 humanitarian workers, making this operation the IHP's biggest base camp operation ever.
