Other missions

Ghana Floods

In response to the Ghana floods in September 2007, IHP offered vital ICT support to the UNDAC team. The deployment included satellite phones, laptops, and internet access, ensuring smooth communication and coordination during the crisis. This support facilitated quick assessments, effective relief coordination, and the timely distribution of aid to those affected by the floods.

Mozambique Floods

IHP deployed two experts to support UNDAC during Mozambique’s 2026 floods, providing ICT and OSOCC operational support that ensured coordination and continuity amid rapidly changing conditions during humanitarian emergency response.

Kaga-Bandoro Compound

To support a sustainable UN presence in the region around Kaga-Bandoro (CAR), the IHP undertook a mission to establish a fully functional inter-agency office and accommodation compound.
