Malawi Floods

In January 2015, Malawi experienced devastating flooding that affected over 1 million people, displaced more than 336,000, and resulted in 100 fatalities. The floods caused widespread damage to crops, livestock, and infrastructure. In response to a request from the Malawian government, an UNDAC (UN Disaster Assessment and Coordination) team was deployed by UN OCHA to assess the situation and provide guidance.

Yogyakarta Earthquake

Following the devastating earthquake in Yogyakarta, Indonesia, on 27 Mai 2006, the International Humanitarian Partnership (IHP) provided critical ICT support to the United Nations Disaster Assessment and Coordination (UNDAC) operation. IHP deployed communication specialists and equipment to establish reliable information and coordination systems in the affected area.

Maiduguri and Borno State Hubs

In 2017, amid the escalating humanitarian crisis in Nigeria due to conflict in the northeastern region, the International Humanitarian Partnership (IHP) launched a project to bolster humanitarian operations.
