Cyclone Batsirai

During the response to Cyclone Batsirai in Madagascar in 2022, Luxembourg deployed an ICT expert under the International Humanitarian Partnership (IHP) framework to support the United Nations Disaster Assessment and Coordination (UNDAC) team.

Zaatari Refugee Camp

Amid the Syrian refugee crisis, IHP supported UNHCR by constructing 80 office spaces in Jordan’s Zaatari Refugee Camp. These facilities strengthened coordination and improved services for over 80,000 residents, showcasing the importance of global partnerships in humanitarian response.

Wabe Shabelle Flooding

In 2005, during the Wabe Shabelle flooding in Ethiopia, the International Humanitarian Partnership (IHP) provided essential ICT support to the United Nations Disaster Assessment and Coordination (UNDAC) team.
